With only a week and a day left until the movie, can we stand the excitement? There are so many new interviews that I can't keep up anymore. Don't miss my new post about why.
Here is a gorgeous picture to get you through. Our next post will be the movie discussion!
See you at the movies.

The Host Signing

The tour dates have been posted. This is almost old news now, but May 6th will have more tickets available at Borders. Go to SM's website for all the details.

SM will personalize one copy of the host per ticket holder, and sign two Twilight books per customer.

For the Borders/Thanksgiving Point venue, I have read others say that, in the past, it has worked well to pre-order your book and then pick up the book and get your tickets at the same time. (OR try to phone in that morning for tickets).

AHHHH! I'm so excited. Kings English still had tickets this morning around 10:00 am!

Thanks for getting this on here BFB. I had the stupidest morning!
Long Live Twilight!

So who all has tickets and what time are you going? Or is it all the same time? (I don't know how this works, because I wasn't actually the one who called for mine.)

I do have possibly an extra if anyone didn't get one. Let me know.

Okay, I didn't mean necessarily what time, but what group are you in? Marti & I have group 2.

TM, do you know what that means?

I am going, but I don't have any details or idea about anything. I wonder what the groups would stand for. It's just one time for everyone isn't it?
I am quite excited about it, especially knowing we can get some TW books signed too! How to choose which ones now though...

Okay, i just bought a ticket, but I don't even know what I am buying if for!!! I am confused, maybe because I haven't gone to SM website, but do we get to hear her speak? Where is King's English? And please tell me that I can ride with someone. I am in group 13. I asked what the group #'s were for, and the lady told me it is when you will get your books signed. But the main event doors open at 12:00. So does that mean we are all camping out overnight to be the first ones in? And does it matter if you are the first ones in if you can't get the books signed until way later? Someone please explain!

EEEEEKKK!!! This is soooo exciting!! Cydne - I owe you a million thanks (and 30 bucks, of course) for including me! It's so fun to have friends with the same obsessions!!

I am more excited than you Dazz!!!!! Ahhhh! I wish these high's could last forever.

The King's English is the most quaint, wonderful book store on 15th East and 15th South. You can pick your copy of the Host and your tickets up anytime after May 6. The event is at, highland high school was it?

I love SM but no, no camping out for me. I believe this event is limited to 1000 people, so any seat will be good. Yes it is a discussion on the Host and then a book signing after!

Ahhh. I am so happy right now. Does my family realize how much they owe Stephenie Meyer. What's a measly $30 compared to all my satisfaction.

OK, Thanks AW, that makes more sense now. So we will all be in the same auditorium, just get called to line up by our groups. So we could possibly still sit together. Hooray!

That is why I was asking.

My fear is that you all will be called for the signing, and I will be sitting by myself/standing in line by myself surrounded by tween who think she is just the neatest! Maybe we can find a ticket for me in one of your groups. Or if anyone ends up with an extra, I will even pay for both tickets so I can come with you guys for the signing.

So are we carpooling if we live in SL county?

betchafeelbetter said...

AWB, have you called the King's English? Are they officially out?
Cause we can all hang out and wait even if you're in a different signing group.

If they are out, I MIGHT have an extra. If my SIL's friend doesn't want it you are first on the list.

I have a ticket, but I am in group 13, whereas, I believe all of you are in high groups. Let me know if that ticket become available, because I will purchase both copies, and give the book to my sil. She thinks she can't go. Sad for her.

Right I don't think the number has anything to do with where you sit.

Carpooling sounds good to me!

Sounds good to me too, I could drive the ol' minivan if we need to. How many people are going?

betchafeelbetter said...

Alicewannabe, I have an extra ticket for the signing in Group 2 if you want it!

Sigh of Sigh, I just realized that that day is the weekend we are going to Disneyland!!!! How am I supposed to be in two places at once!!! I want to be at the signing so bad, but I have to give some time to my boys, they miss me. SO I am going to be in Disneyland, however, my MIL might be interested in both my ticket and your ticket BFB. I will let you know in the next few days. Hopefully you are still checking this post, even though I haven't been here in a while.
