When I gave Jill a copy of Twilight she really did not want to read the book, had no intention of liking it, and didn't care for it much the first time through. But because her life-long friend loved it she kept an open mind. And as thrilled as I am that she gave in and loved it, she would be the first to admit she has had a very happy year, due in a little part to the Cullens and associates.
And then the girl that came to Twilight dragging her feet has set a precedence by reading all of the books WITH her husband. Yes her own, better-than-Edward, Paul, has thoroughly enjoyed the joint-reading experience. I even get a little jealous that he has taken my place as her "Twilight Buddy, although he didn't go to Forks. (maybe that will be their anniversary trip? hee, hee.)
I think she also holds the record for hosting Twilight get-togethers. Yay.

Of people I admire in the world, Jill is at the top of the list. This may not be the place to elaborate on why and how. Just trust me. She is amazing and I am blessed to have her as my friend.

I hope that you have a wonderful and relaxing day! It has been a lot of fun getting to know you and especially over the last year. From kids playing, school activities, sports, Women's Conference, Twilight get-togethers, and of course our fun and magical Forks trip! (That may just top the list!)
I can understand why MA admires you so much, and I definitely agree. You really are an amazing person, I appreciate the kindness you show me and I'm very happy to have you for a friend.
I just have to say that I love your "Twilight Story" probably the best of all, so funny! And who could blame you? The feeling can't be faught...

Happy birthday! Thank you for introducing me (and more importantly Haley) to Twilight. Although I wasn't bitten at first reading,it has been the source of many smiles and laughter between my daughter and I. I still like werewolves better than vampires, but because it is your birthday I won't engage in the Jacob vs. Edawrd debate today!
