With only a week and a day left until the movie, can we stand the excitement? There are so many new interviews that I can't keep up anymore. Don't miss my new post about why.
Here is a gorgeous picture to get you through. Our next post will be the movie discussion!
See you at the movies.

Blog Progress and Quote deficiency

Hi everyone. Tuesdays are the official first day of this blog's week, but I wanted to add this little post today.

First I have to say that I appreciate all the thank-yous for the blog. Even though I love doing it, I love knowing you love it too.
Next I have to whine and say, I am anxious to put up more new posts because many of the last ones haven't been commented on. I certainly don't expect people to comment on everything but I have been sharing "a few of my favorite things" so don't forget about them when new posts come out this week. If you can't tell, I'm not very good at balance. Feast or famine is my unfortunate style in every aspect of my life, blog posting included.
And even though I truly don't expect everyone to comment all the time, could people stopping in for brief visits, at least leave a little "hello" somewhere. It doesn't need to be profound, but otherwise we don't know you have been by and it makes us so happy to see that you have been here, any day, any time!
Last item of business:
moved this item to its own post. See new post titled "quotes for blog"

My favorites are mostly the obvious ones - "Stupid Shiny Volvo owner," and "Oh, I'm with the vampires, of course." I'll have to think of others.

Ok, so this will be fun. I'll pay attention even more while I'm reading different parts in my books. I always come across lines that I love, but usually forget them, although once in a while I dog ear the page.

I would also love to hear a quick hello from any visitors, you might just make my day you know.

I think there are a ton of great quotes in Twilight. I love both of those BFB, oh and also
"Stupid, unreliable vampire." Just so matter of fact of what he is.

So this is the problem with putting the quotes here. I don't want everyone to read them before I get to put them on the blog. So no more quotes here. Kay?

lioness said...

I mean don't put any more quotes on this post. I moved this request to its own post, where good little bloggin girls will not read them, so that they can enjoy them a little more slowly as I publish one each week or more if needed.

I tried to reword the "quote" post but if you still have questions, ask. But I really think it will be more fun to discover a new favorite quote of someone a week at a time. Please...

Hello! I am here and you'll be happy to know that I am now the proud owner of a little book called "Twilight." Yes, I know it took way too long for me to get it! I am so excited! Finally!

Trish said...

I'll try to be a good little bloggin girl, but it's tough to pass up a kickback in my email for a post comment. Maybe I shouldn't have checked the little box, then I wouldn't know so easily. Oh well, I'll try.

Jill, I am SO thrilled for you! I saw some paperbacks for like $7 the other day and thought about picking one up for someone Twilightless (like you). I'd love to hear how you're enjoying having it with you permanently now. So I'm just curious, where'd you get it? Costco, perhaps? We have talked about that lately.

Okay I am laughing at what a nerd I am. So BTY - I didn't mean to write "bloggin'". It is March, but I'm have no link to the Irish. Why I am laughing belly-ache style. I guess I am visioning us saying that to each other: "Hello good little bloggin girl." Or "What's up, little bloggin' girl." Oh man, giggle, big time.

Trish said...

I thought it was funny. It sounded southern or something, I don't know not really, can't think of it now.
I'm really glad you got such a good laugh out of it though!

lioness said...

Southern accent is definitely more palitable than Irish. I was hearing like "the wearin' o the green". Gah!

You were thinking, more along the lines of
"Hey there little bloggin' gal."
Better.

Trish said...

Your funny!! (and yes, right too)

lioness said...

And we are sad sorry little moms who really should go to bed. But when else do we laugh?

lioness said...

And I feel like calling Jenn and telling her to get online. Oh well.

Trish said...

I know, I'm enjoying myself very much. I can hardly keep up!
Jenn was on earlier, votin' and checkin' things out. I need to give her a talkin' to about commentin' more! Ya'll should comment more...
(what time is it?)
BTY, we finally figured out her new name, I need to switch that for her if I can!

lioness said...

Yes if changin' the name for Jen will help her than get that switchin' done quickly.

And it is very technical to keep up with several posts at once. Good thing we are good at postin' and typin'.

It's about 11:30.
I'm havin' a hard time breathin' right now.

Will ya'll even be able to remotely tell what was so dern funny.

Holy crap, I just snorted again! Snortin' is not part of my laughin' routine. What are you doin to me buddy?

Trish said...

Thanks for the time update, but you know that was a rhetorical question right, I have a clock in the corner of my computer. I'm just getting pretty giggly!

This is quite funny, and we are very good at keeping up on all of these! Very technical indeed, you should all at least be impressed if not amused...

lioness said...

Okay duh, rhetorical, of course. And this is actually kind of early compared to most of our senseless discussions.

lioness said...

And yes we are amazing. I love the internet!

Trish said...

True, many times it's an hour or so later. I'm tellin' ya'll bloggin' gals, all this fun is worth a little less sleep for me some nights!

lioness said...

Seriously I was just thinking that. I vow to be THE nicest mom ever tomorrow. It has got to be worth it.

Trish said...

I'll take that vow with you. I'm happy tonight, so hopefully I'll wake up happy. Laughing is so good. I've been up much later doing lame things like cleaning or laundry.

lioness said...

So it is a good thing I made that vow. Between the lack of sleep, waking up very late and stressed in the morning (the kids were on-time though, so don't worry), starting my little monthly adventure, and the problem that I lose it with my kids every other morning of our entire lives, it was less than a perfect morning. Cinderalla/Snow White I was not. But evil Step-Mother I was not either. That vow stopped me from going over the edge mulitple times. How many times can one be close to the edge in a 40 minute period? Well I hope you have no idea. But I think this conscious, keep the happiness alive, attitude may be worth trying more often.

betchafeelbetter said...

How many times can one be close to the edge in a 40 minute period?

With children (though we love them) in the morning, 40 would be a minimum.

lioness said...

Ha BFB. You are too right.

So RWV I forgot we had these funny moments here too.

Who knew typos could be so entertaining.

Trish said...

They are funny, I did actually read over them the other day and laughed of course!

And what's even funnier is that I still haven't changed Jenn's name for her yet!...
