With only a week and a day left until the movie, can we stand the excitement? There are so many new interviews that I can't keep up anymore. Don't miss my new post about why.
Here is a gorgeous picture to get you through. Our next post will be the movie discussion!
See you at the movies.

Robert is an Angel

So I have been adding good movie tidbits to the old post, but this is to fun to risk missing.

An interview with Stephenie about meeting Robert Pattinson. EEEE!
And I am adding this for anyone who hasn't seen it. This is a lengthy clip from the movie Vanity Fair, but there are some amazing shots of Robert. So if you haven't seen it, take the time:

Thanks for setting that up MA! That really helped alot hearing Stephanie herself talk about how she feels about Robward. Funny that Kristin also was staring at him and gushing! Obviously they picked the perfect Bella eh? lol-

I'm very excited - I'll watch it on the laptop later today - thanks MA!!

That was really fun to listen to. SM is so awesome, it must be very surreal for her to see these characters that she created. She's already in love with Edward, so I'm exremely happy to hear that she so pleased with him. I think we'll be even happier with him once we see the movie. Especially now we know he's trying to bulk up a bit :)
So...does anyone love this picture of Rob as much as me? He looks pretty darn good if I do say so myself. I think this is a great shot of him, very cute. And a very Edward like jaw line...Hmmm? Also, he's got great hair.
It's OK if you don't agree...you can even tell me.

Actually I do think this is one of the better shots I've seen lately - I was getting a little nervous. Of course I haven't watched the interview yet...Joseph always chooses the worst weekends to forget his laptop/cords to juice it up...oh well - something to look forward too in a few days!

I do like this picture of Rob.

It seems like his better pictures are his candids when he is moving while the picture was taken. In several of the (non-professional) shots where he is posing, he has a strange look on his face - like he is trying to look scary, or sexy, or thoughtful - and he just ends up looking half asleep or worse. So, yeah, - the boy is cute when you exclude those strange looks & half asleep photos with rabid middle-aged women.

I think you're right about that. He's just not so good at posing for candid shots maybe? You know, I have to tell myself to open my eyes wider when I'm getting my picture taken, it seems so many pictures of me, my eyes are droopy or half shut. So, good thought there. Those rabid middle-aged women might make him nervous as well.

Don't get me started on that one again. That poor guy. I'm scared to think of some of the things those ladies may have said to him.

I must say that this is the best picture of "Edward" yet- I hope that we get better ones of the cullens too. I appreciate that SM and "Edward" had a visit and that he is really trying to learn his character- if SM is pleased with him- it just seems to be getting better all the time.

Well, this was so fun to listen to. I'm so glad that SM was 'dazzled' a little bit by this actor - very good news!!

And this is the first time I've heard the new music...it's great...it made my heart stutter a little!!

lioness said...

The music will be back. I'm still working on it.

Yay Jill! We both agree that this is the best picture yet. I'm so happy too that he's trying to get to know his character. I heard that about "Carlisle" too, and it makes me happy to know they want to try to get it right.

What's all this music talk we're commenting about? This isn't the music post, am I missing something?

I have to admit that I watched "Harry Potter and Goblet of Fire" purely so that I could see if I approved of having Sedrick Digory play Edward, and I do approve. I think he'll be perfect. It's good to hear that SM feels the same.

Robert is very good looking in HP. And hi Marianne. Great name. Did you know you spelled it incorrecly. Just kidding, I just had a silly Mom who smooshed my first and middle name together. Anyway, we love visitors. How did you find out about us?

Trisha you will understand the music soon. Just like to keep you confused, you know.

I've added another link to this post on the front page. It is Robert in the movie Vanity Fair and he looks amazing. So I thought anyone who hasn't seen it or needs to review it, will enjoy. Don't forget to comment.

So I guess I'm still confused about this music stuff that I'm getting teased about. Very funny...

Ok, so I just watched this clip of Rob. It was a good refresher! While he was saying his lines, a few times I imagined him saying a line from Twilight! There were some great shots of him, I hope he can get the depth of Edward! I think he'll try at least, and I do think he is a good actor. It's so fun, and for sure this December (says "Carlisle")!

Keeping you confused. I have to have someone to pick on. Sorry. You know my "soon" isn't as soon as most people's soon.

Very nice picture of Robert! MA - I did the same thing that you did with the Harry Potter movie and watched it just so I could see how Robert was in it. I thought he was very handsome and charismatic in the movie.
