With only a week and a day left until the movie, can we stand the excitement? There are so many new interviews that I can't keep up anymore. Don't miss my new post about why.
Here is a gorgeous picture to get you through. Our next post will be the movie discussion!
See you at the movies.

Just for you Twilightmom!!

Just yesterday our dear Twilightmom was expressing her sadness that she doesn't ever get to share in the joy of 'looking' for the quote of the week. So, I decided to give her (and runswithvampires) a chance to find one...now I've never tried to find a quote for people to have to search for, so don't make fun of me too bad if this is insanely easy - or whatever.

"Every time I looked at his face, that impossibly perfect face, my heart pounded strong and healthy and very there in my chest. This time, the pounding raced ahead of its usual besotted pace. I recognized the expression on his statue-still face."

So, there you go, have fun!!

Love,

Your fellow Twilight Fans

Erin! Yeah! What a happy surprise. And I don't know where this one is. This is fun. I am actually so happy that I will have to research this. (rubbing my hands together right now actually). It is good to know that I don't have absolutely every single line in these books memorized. I want them to always stay as fresh and precious as ever.

You are the sweetest person. How nice to think of me. Of course everyone can help look for this. My challenge is, I am not actively reading. It seems like it must be in New Moon since that is where you are, but it sound Eclipsey to me. I need to go to bed, but I think I had better just take a quick peek first. . .

WAAAAAAH! I just walked over to my book-shelf to pull out my Eclipse, and then I remembered, it isn't there. It is giving itself for a greater cause, the sharing of Twilight with good friends of TA members. Sniff. Well I am going to be borrowing one from Vampire Girl (not her real code name by the way) in the morning. If it wasn't so cold, do you know I would actually consider driving over and borrowing it right now. It's true. She and I have done much crazier TW things.

I'm feeling a little better, I think I will peek in New Moon anyway.

Bye, sniff again.
I think I will go to the mall tomorrow to cheer myself up, if I can't find the quote. Anyone want to come?

So guess who is commenting again? Little-old-what-better-things-do-I-have-to-do-at-12:00-at-night me.

But, well, I FOUND IT! YES!!!! The first place I checked, hee hee hee (I used some very good resources to check where I thought it might be.) So I hope I don't sound braggy here. I really don't mean to. I am just so excited.
Am I sorry at all that I found it so fast? That I didn't get a good day or so of researh in? NOPE! Unless any of you are dissapointed I didn't give you more time to look. Then I am sorry. So I won't reveal my sneaky ways until I have at least given a few of you a chance to think about this quote yourselves.

Very tricky Erin, I must say. I am curious, what you were doing in that area of these books anyway?

Very cool Erin, thanks from me too. I went to bed last night and missed out on this new post, or else I'm sure I would have been searching as well. Although if it's in NM I can't look right now. But nice hint MA, I already think I might know where it's at...I might need to see your book today...

Thanks again Erin, you're awesome!

Well, that wasn't very much fun. I knew I wasn't very good at finding a tricky quote. But, good job - and I'm glad it was fun.

Yes is was fun. And I was trying to cover any hints. I am still not going to say exactly where it is until others have a chance to guess. I love that Bella describes Edward in thousands of wonderful, beautiful ways. I never get tired of hearing them.

I'm pretty sure I know where it is, but I need to look in the chapter to be sure, how long do we wait??

lioness said...

You wait until I finally give you my book, then reveal it. If anyone else wants to guess you had better hurry. Just guess even if you are not sure!

lioness said...

Sorry I just can't seem to remember to bring you my New Moon, RWV. It could have something to do with the fact that something got me reading and re-reading the Epilogue of NM. Sorry.

lioness said...

I knew you knew it. Do you even want the book anymore smarty pants!

Trish said...

Naa...but you really should answer the quote and put just where it is.

So here is how I knew where to find this quote. The reference to her heart being strong and healhty and very there in her chest sent me right to the epilogue of New Moon. Since New Moon is all about her broken heart, her wound, her empty chest, I knew it had to be early healing when Edward comes back. I just had a hunch I guess. So look for it in New Moon Epilogue pg. 552. But read everything before that too. It's so good!!!

I was looking over these, and kind of funny, it was basically just back and forth between you and I, twilightmom. Funny, although I guess that's kind of what Erin meant it for. It's just funny to see that there are 13 comments from us (besides the 1 from Erin).
