With only a week and a day left until the movie, can we stand the excitement? There are so many new interviews that I can't keep up anymore. Don't miss my new post about why.
Here is a gorgeous picture to get you through. Our next post will be the movie discussion!
See you at the movies.

"I HAVE FORESEEN" . .. A BIRTHDAY!

Our own in house Alice/
Jasper combo gal,
aka Betchafeelbetter,
is having a birthday tomorrow.

Many of us our going to be out of town so I was hoping we could start the birthday wishes early.

I wish you the insight of Alice and some Edward/Bella-ish Birthday kissing. Or any other birthday wish you would want. I suppose birthday wishes don't have to be Twilight related. But wishing someone something from Twilight is like having your cake and eating it too.
So I'm throwing in a wish for you to have a car all to yourself, and of course there is only one it could possibly be. Would you automatically choose silver? This group could not, would not, be the same without your wit and wisdom. You've added so much to us and . . . You Have Great Hair!

And as much as I wanted to get you a flannel shirt, well winter clothes have been clearanced. I wrote to Rob to get you a Robward scented one, but well it didn't smell like a vampire at all (more like coffee and cigarettes I'm sorry to say). So we will call a truce and forgive you of all blogging crimes. It may only be a 2-day parole, but take what you can get, right?

Happy Birthday BFB!! I wish you a wonderful, fun-filled rest of the week, I hear you're going out of town to have a little fun! Good for you! It's been so fun getting to know you, even though it's mostly been through writing. You are such an awesome, witty, fun person. Good luck spotting some sweet cars wherever you may be driving. And try to stay out of trouble-o, you-o ganga-o sista-o! Fo sho-
Really, though, have a great day!

Happy Birthday TA Sister! You never fail to impress me with your amazing memory for quote guessing. And many of your other comments have echoed my own feelings. I hope you have a wonderful day filled with a Twilight Moment every hour!

Well Happy Birthday, my sister from another mister!
You are such an amazing little lady, I have really enjoyed having you in our group and getting to know you otherwise.
You have such a caring and sweet personality, and youre funny as ever! You always make me laugh. Have a wonderful day, hopefully something Twilighty will happen, now wouldnt THAT be the icing on the cake!

You all seriously crack me up! Thanks so much for the birthday wishes.

And, TM, if I could pick any color for myVolvo to be, it would be cherry red. Perhaps that is the tiny bit of Alice in me?

I saw a new Volvo ad in the paper yesterday and I pulled it out to share with you all. It simply had a large Volvo logo and the words, "It's not your father's car." My immediate thoughts were, "Darn straight. It's Edward's car!"

Thanks again! You made my day!

And thanks for saying I have geat hair TM, though I'm surprised you remember what it looks like when it isn't all sweaty from spinning! (It's hard to feel cute when I'm sweaty and red-faced).

And I really don't know that a Robward-scented jacket would have done it for me. Now, Edward-scented, YES! My sister-in-law did find a scent that could be Edward scented. Perhaps I could borrow it for the next meeting.
Anyhow, I'll take the parole and I promise to share any Twilight moments from Cedar City with all of you!

I have read posts about trying to guess Edwards scent, but I never really thought that was possible. I'm intrigued. We have found his face (as close as we can get). We have found his body (right on there!) We might as well have his scent.
Recently I was on a hunt in my mind for his voice. Maybe Michael Buble?

Trish said...

Ooh yeah, I like that idea, hunting to find Edward's scent. Yes. I'm not sure who Michael Buble is?

He's kind of a throw-back singer. The music is back on the blog and there is a song from him. Go listen.

If you remember I said I dated a guy who looked like Henry Cavill? Well the guy I dated also had a velvet voice. There is just no other way to describe it.

Too bad I don't have any way to share that with you, but that's what I hear when Edward talks.

Your husband doesnt read these does he LOL
could get sticky....
mine doesnt either......yet

Now Cydne, your only 29, senility doesn't start for a few more years. So you are trying to convince me that the face on my blog, one of the most beautiful faces I have ever seen, was on a boy you actually dated? And he had a velvet voice? I mean that would be tough to not day dream about an old boyfriend like that.
Did he drive a silver car too?

Not that you couldn't catch a gorgeous guy. I'm sure your hubby is. But there just aren't that many guys walking around with a face like that. I don't think I have ever seen one in real life. Its the existance of that face I doubt.

You don't remember me telling about that? It was in high school & I can assure you that if he had acted anything like Edward, I wouldn't have been available when I met my husband (or even met him at all, for that matter). Alas, he only looked (and sounded) like a vampire.

I also dated a guy who reminds me a bit of Jacob-hair, voice & all. Again, if he had only been a touch more like Jacob I wouldn't have been around after I met him.

I don't think hubby can complain. He has told me much more about girls he dated than I have told him about my old dates. I'm good to him.

Although, as far as senility goes, I've been blonde my whole life & I think there is only a fine line between the two...

However, my long term memory is fine. It is only the day to day things that fall through the cracks.

I am checking in to report that my birthday was a record-setting Cullen Car day for me & I only drove about 5 miles total.

It must have been all your birthday wishes!

And I changed my mind. If I could have a Cullen Car, it would be the Audi coupe, thank you very much.

Wow BFB, did you go to a dance with this guy or anything? And if so, do you keep those dance pictures under your mattress to look at occasionally? Kidding of course!
Really though, I'd like to see this guy. Can't say I dated anyone with a velvet voice, just dumb teenage boy voices, loud or cracking or whatever. Lucky you for that experience.

betchafeelbetter said...

I can't remember if we went to a dance together. We dated the summer I turned 16. He was a great singer & dancer (we were in choir together). I do have some pics, but they are when he looked young.
