With only a week and a day left until the movie, can we stand the excitement? There are so many new interviews that I can't keep up anymore. Don't miss my new post about why.
Here is a gorgeous picture to get you through. Our next post will be the movie discussion!
See you at the movies.

A HUGE MILESTONE - ONLY 100 Days until the Conclusion of our favorite Fairy Tale!

This moment had to be celebrated. I had lots to do so figured I might as well be up to celebrate. This is much better than New Years. There are also 25 days until we start reading the saga together! Can't wait, can't wait, can't wait! Do not worry ladies. I have been doing some glorious quote research and did not once picture Kristin or Robert or even Ashley for Alice. The books remain pure in my mind. Gear up but practice discipline too. The plan is to read them slowly. Chapter by chapter. We can do it. Work on a cheer for that BFB. RWV and Cullenwhatever, you two work on a gang name for those who participate, and threats for those who don't. Ha, ha.

Mark your calendars, the fun begins May 18!

ONLY 39 DAYS UNTIL CHAPTER 1. Mark your calendars for that too. I really liked the suggestion of a group read-a-loud. So what if other patrons of Mimi's Cafe wanted to enjoy their breakfast in quiet. How disturbing can bouncing, squealing women be?

Yay!! I unfortunately happen to be up, so I thought I'd give the blog a quick check before I went to lay down. I'm glad I did! I noticed we were getting close to the mark, and by this time tomorrow night, we'll be down to the double digits for how many days to wait. I can't believe how many fun things are coming in the next 39 days! Four fun dates to remember right?

You better get to bed. Medicine only does so much. Under any other circumstances besides you being deathly ill, it would be wonderful company. I am signing out soon too. Really.

I'm excited! Will you be posting the reading schedule or can you email me a copy please? I'll try to do my best to not read ahead.

Ruth I know you can do it. If I can do it, you can do it. I figure we will have a "general" reading schedule. I was thinking we could like what chapters to complete during a weeks time or something like that. That gives the flexibility of reading ahead a little or catching up too. I have mapped it out but only very, very generally.

Yes, I can't wait...I was thinking maybe you could assign some chapters out to those of us who have slacked on the posting. That way, we can plan ahead as to what to post/questions etc. I'd love an assignment. My Twilightless days are getting sadder and sadder (is that a word)? Anyway, I'm sure you already have a plan set, but just an idea!

I was hoping people would help. I get behind too. Starting with Twilight, I will just take all of my favorite chapters. Oh wait, I love every written word in the book so that wont help. Yes I will gladly take you up on the offer.

May is going to be an awesome month!

A very happy one. Minus mother's day.

I'm with you on that one...I have GOT to keep my expectations low, it's the only thing that will help.
So many other days to look forward to though, and months go by fast! Which day do we start reading again? How close to the 17th Host signing?

betchafeelbetter said...

You know, we could make Mother's day the day we start reading again. I know that it moves things up a week, but it would make the day much better...

I will do some calculations and let you know.

Trish said...

Ooh, I really like that idea. Get your organizer and calculator out of your pocket protector and see if we can make that work...

Trish said...

Uhh, hello! We're down to 89 days!!!!!

lioness said...

The original schedule sticks. Sorry.

That's ok actually, I initially had forgotten about "The Host" coming out tomorrow! I'll be absorbed in that enough I think to last me until we start up again!
