I missed an entire week ladies. That is sad, sad, sad.
My worst Twilight Moments:#9 - Charlie hating Edward. I know its justified but I can't stand it. Will Charlie ever be able to understand how much Bella really means to Edward?
#8 - Bella jumping of the cliff. I never thought she would die, but her pain was so searing during all of New Moon and her thoughts in the water culminated that pain.
My Best Twilight Moments:
#9 - "I was that boy". "If I had found you, there isn't a doubt in my mind how I would have proceeded. I was that boy, who would have --- gotten down on one knew and endeavored to secure your hand. I would have wanted you for eternity, even when the word didn't have quite the same connotations." No explanation needed here, right?
#8 - Jeep Kiss. This kiss is higher on my list than the "kidnapped" kiss because their feelings are still so new, so potent! The jeep kiss is surely one of, if not THE hottest kiss in the series. Turn up the air conditioning people.

Oh yeah, those are all perfect for a top 10 list. You are very good at that, remembering and listing them. I'm not sure why I'm not as good at it, maybe I'm too worried about which order they should go in!
Love the quotes at the top! Our first Breaking Dawn quotes...
Oh - I guess why we love you MA so much, is that you secretly have a Vampire trait...being able to put into words what most all of us are thinking in our head - loved it all!!! And yes, No explanation needed there for "I was that boy" - course I am a succor for Anne of Green Gables, aren't we all?
Sorry - I meant sucker!
ditto!- And thanks for the pictures.
You are all so funny. Glad to be of service, of course. You will all have to at least put your own quick mental list together and see if I leave any off. I have been known to forget very significant parts now and again.
OOOOH! I loved reading about these parts again. E is right! You are so amazing at expressing your feelings into words. Maybe you should write a book about all of this. I would read it.
And now I need to go re-read that BD chapter. Those quotes made me thirsty for more. . .
And please go over that BD preface again Ruth. You made your prediction to light heartedly. You've got to put at least a days worth of anguish into what it might mean. Plus you get to order cheesecake if I am wrong. Study that BD post. I am at peace with it now, but it doesn't take much to stir me up.
TM, I agree with Bella jumping off the cliff, but in my list it is about #6. As I read her thought, and just the fact that she was content to die because Edward was nowhere, it just broke my heart. Of course, I could see there was more of the book to read, so I knew that she survived. But the pain was so intense. I think that is where SM description comes in so wonderful. You begin to FEEL the emotion of the characters, because you are so in tune with their thoughts throughout the book.
I think you might be right Becky. It should be higher on the list. I looked at my 6, and it has me thinking. But when she jumped I didn't think she was committing suicide or anything. Just being crazy. Her thoughts turned so sad when she gave up in the water. We'll have to see how my next ones work out in comparison. But they could definitely use some tweaking.
I read my list again and yes I think I need to bump this one up in significance. Maybe I'll decide officially after I read New Moon again, since most of the pain is from New Moon.
Now, as I am reading, are you talking about the Jeep kiss when she faints? I stopped before I got to the baseball game, so I could stay with the group. Remind me please.
Good-o on all of these.
She doesn't pass out during that kiss, she attacks him again, but yes its coming right up and we will be caught up to you any second AWB. I hope today. Sigh - I miss reading and commenting. Thanks for your patience.
