Hello to all! Last night was so much fun...I'm sorry to say that this has already made my morning...thanks MA for taking to the time to post it. My guess today is for Quote #1: Eclipse, when Bella and Edward are at Charlie's house. She is calling her mom (and Jacob I believe), they are is the kitchen...So there you go...good luck to me!!
#1 -is this when she emails Renee at the beginning of Eclipse - before Edward whisks her off to Florida for the weekend?

I think Erin is right about #1, so I'll guess for #2. I know I should know this, but my brain isn't working now.
So my completely spontaneous guess is that this is after he comes back from Volterra and they finally kiss on the lips.
Ok, so I orginally thought Quote #2 was in Eclipse...but after thinking about the 3 big kissing scenes that we voted on this last week, I couldn't recall that phrase in any of them. So my guess today for #2 is in NM (after Volterra as well) - but I think it might be when they kiss after running - on their way to the Cullen's to the vote?

Erin was correct on #1. He is even so sweet while she is on the phone. That quote is followed by the very cute "lift her onto the kitchen counter" kiss. Go read it if you haven't yet.
Cydne/BFB you were so close on #2 the first time. I'm sorry I was tardy in my response here. But Esmessence got that one too. It is after Italy, but not until after the run to the Cullen house.
I may post the new quotes for this week early. Even though there are only a few of us enjoying them, it doesn't lessen the pleasure!

How fun - I actually got them both right!! I want to go back and read both parts again...except - Joseph took NM to San Fran this morning...AHHHH, yeahhhh, crrrap! Too bad it's such a short flight - he probably won't finish it in time...and I don't want him to be too excited when Edward leaves :(
Erin, I am so impressed! I probably wouldn't have known both had I not just read them so recently, so good for you! I'm giving you a total shout out right now. You could at least go and read quote number #1, you have your Eclipse right? Ooohh yeah, that's a good one...
And of course let us know what Joseph thinks about NM (like I have to ask you to). Even though I agree with your frowny face, I still had to chuckle at a husband's feelings toward Edward leaving, grrr...
