With only a week and a day left until the movie, can we stand the excitement? There are so many new interviews that I can't keep up anymore. Don't miss my new post about why.
Here is a gorgeous picture to get you through. Our next post will be the movie discussion!
See you at the movies.

Quote of the Week Jan 1 - 8, 2008

Well this is an experiment. I am throwing out this quote
and I don't even know if it actually comes from the books.
I think it does, but I don't know where. So I am hoping
that all you great Twilight minds can solve the mystery.
I am going to need a page number if anyone finds it.
Thanks for your help. Happy hunting.

Ok, a couple of places come to mind at first...but I don't know. It will be hard - a bit of a search. Now, do I keep reading NM, or just search for the quote - that is the question? Oh, who am I kidding - of course I have to do both!!

Hmm...I'm pretty sure I've read this before. I do think it's in NM of course. But fun for me to have to search as well for a quote. I do have a memory of thinking about it after reading it, like thinking Bella is just so grateful she even had that little bit of time with him, she doesn't seem to resent him for leaving. That'd be great if you come across it in your regular reading Erin!

Of course who are you kidding Erin. You definitely do both. Ha Ha. And you are right RWV, she talkes about those feelings several times in New Moon and Eclipse.
But I have been thinking it might actually be in Twilight.

I'll explain why I think that if I find it myself.

Ummm. . . I'm pretty sure I'm wrong actually.

Okay so I think maybe this quote really doesn't exist. It is not where I thought it just might be in Twilight. So I looked everywhere in NM and nothing, except finding so many sad descriptions of Bella's sorrow that it's heart-breaking!

The only good that is coming from it is that I am reminded just how deep their love runs. Wow.

I don't know...it just seems so familiar. Unless it's because I've read it online somewhere as well, but I don't think so. This is going to be interesting. I guess if it's in the books, it's somewhere unexpected maybe.

I have checked everywhere in NM as well. I guess it could be in Eclipse somewhere - maybe where she is trying to explain to someone what really happened to her during those blank pages in NM. I don't know?!

Oh, and yes, I have been doing both - reading and searching (that's why I was in that section of the book MA)

Ok so I just finished Twilight for the second time so when I read this quote I knew I had seen it recently. Jill and I are both pretty sure it is from the prologue for Twilight. I dont have my book here but we think thats where its from. Let us know.

Woo hoo!! Nice job danger magnet! I just checked the Preface of my Twilight, and you're right, it's in there! I would have never thought to look in there. Yay!! I'm so happy it was found, I knew it was somewhere in the series.
Nice going guys!

AMAZING! So Miss Danger, what would we do without you? Go mad (madder?) thats what! I knew my sense it was in Twilight was right but I don't think I would have ever looked there. Which is funny because I actually looked in the New Moon preface.
Thank you so much for solving that for everyone.
Danger Magnet wins this weeks quote and yeah to you too Jill!
ps.
Don't you all just love the pretty picture on this post?
pps.
If you still want a challenge, try Erin's quote in the post above.

I totally noticed the picture! And I totally love it! But I've been so preoccupied with where the quote was I could hardly think of anything thing else about this post. Nice find, Edward is totally sparkling right now in that.

Oh yea! a picture comment. I love looking for beautiful pictures to add. And as RWV already knows I seem to always be in need of reassurance that you all love my pictures and posts. Why am I like this? Heaven knows, or ask my shrink (it is currently my husband, and I would be curious what he would say.)

But still Jenn, that is terrific, especially since it had some of us so stumped! You get points just for being able to have won the "quote of the week" contest!
